I often try and fit in some biking on holiday - as you can see my latest trip to Thailand saw me tackling some extreme terrain with my trusty steed!!an unofficial 'fearingout' visit to Glentress happened last weekend - some friends of mine attacked the red route with hired bikes - report to follow perhaps but sounds like they had a dollop of fun mixed in with a sprinkling of crashes!
bike news - new wheel needs fitting to my bike for the 2006 season - unfortunately new bike dreams are fading due to the fact i've gone and bought a RenaultSport Clio 172Cup!! Tesco value food it is then for the next few years!
